How do I make a booking ?

In the panel with the header 'Buy Tickets', click the drop down arrow to select your train time.  Then click the drop down arrow to select the number of tickets you wish to buy of each ticket type (Adult, child etc).

Then click the green 'NEXT' button to go to the CHECKOUT page where you enter your name, email address and phone number.

On the COMPLETE YOUR ORDER page, click on the 'Pay now' icon.  You can then choose to pay either with a credit/debit card, or with a PayPal account if you have one.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.

What confirmation do I get of my payment ?

You will receive a automatic confirmation email with details of your booking and your e-code.  When you come to the railway on the day, go in the first instance to the shop where you will receive your tickets.  Your e-code and name will be used to verify your identity.

Can I change my order before completing the booking ?

If you decide to change your booking part way through the booking process, click the 'Change your order' or 'Change these details' links to go back.

How do I change the time or date of my booking ?

If you wish to change the time or date of your visit after you have made your booking, click HERE to email the webmaster for confirmation that there is space for your party on the train at the new time.  

Please note that there is an admin of £5 for any cancellations or changes to the time or date, payable over the counter when you collect your tickets on the day.
