Q : What if my family have allergies or intolerances?

Q : What if one of our party is disabled?

A : The volunteers have vegan and vegetarian options, however please do remember to ask at the kiosk for vegan or vegetarian options.

A : There are two wheelchair spaces on the train in Coach B.  There are four seats adjacent to the wheelchair spaces for attendants. If your party size is greater than four people plus two wheelchairs, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us before booking.

Q : What if we need assistance?

A : If you require additional assistance please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will endeavour to assist where possible.

Q : Do we need to print out our tickets?

A : It is not always necessary to print out the tickets, please either arrive at the railway with your tickets printed, or the booking confirmation available on your mobile device.

Q : How long will the experience last?

Q : When should we arrive ?

A : The train journey will last approximately twenty minutes, and the Santa Visit will last approximately twenty minutes, about 30 - 45 minutes in total .

A : Please arrive at least ten minutes before your trains advertised departure. If you miss the departure time, we cannot guarantee travel.

Q : How do I cancel or change a booking ?

A : Please note that all bookings are non-refundable, and cancellation refunds and changes to bookings are NOT available.   Refunds will only be available if the event is unable to run for any reason.

We strongly recommend the use of travel insurance to cover the cost of any changes to your travel arrangements.
